Can I bring friends and family to the fair?

Yes! The summer fair is open to all… The more the merrier!

How much is Entry?

£1 per Adult and Kids go FREE

Will both gates be open?

The only entrance / exit on the day will be via Stoughton Avenue.

Can I bring my dog?

Unfortunately dogs are not permitted at the Summer Fair.

Can the children use the Trim Trail and Playground Equipment?

Please do not allow your children to use the trim trail or any playground equipment which is taped off, there will be plenty of activities to keep them occupied!

Can I park at the school?

There will be no parking at the school and we ask that you walk to the fair where possible. If it is absolutely necessary for you to bring a car, please ensure that you park mindfully and do not block people’s drives! You can always park in Cheam Park car park, but please note that there is no entry via the top gate.

Will there be toilets?

Yes, there will be limited toilets available - These will be located and signposted by the Year 2 Classrooms

Will there be Lactose Free / Vegan options available?

Whilst we cannot accommodate for all allergies and preferences, there will be Greggs Vegan Sausage Rolls and LOTS of Krispy Kreme Glazed Donuts (which are also vegan) available.  

If in doubt please ask and we will do our best to assist.

Can I bring my own food & drink?

Please do not bring outside food and drinks, there will be plenty available for sale on the day!

If I have a problem on the day, who do I contact?

The PTFA Team will be wearing their snazzy bright orange PTFA T-shirts on the day!

If you need medical assistance there will be a First Aid Station outside of the Year 2 Classrooms.

Can I get a refund on Tokens purchased?

Unfortunately not, but rest assured that all monies raised goes towards funding projects for the children.

How will I know if I have won on the Raffle / Guessing Games?

The Raffles and Guess the Balloons/ Husky Name results will take place at approximately 2.40pm on the day.  If you are unable to attend or leave before the event, we will contact you via the school or the number given on the stub! Please ensure that you provide your child’s name, class and a correct phone number so we can get in touch.
